Start your Saturday with Peace and Intention
Join me Saturday mornings at 9am for a relaxing hour of introspection, relaxation and guided meditation. Topics will vary but will always center around letting go of stress, fear, and anxiety, and cultivating peace and personal growth.
What you'll need to bring:
- Journal and pen
- A mat to lie down on and/or a cushion to sit on, and anything else that would make you comfortable for the meditation session
