Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy takes advantage of the ability of your mind, when in a state of hypnosis, to shift deeply held belief systems and to make new associations and brain connections.  This means real, results-oriented change in your life!  
 

You will work one on one with Neal or Michelle over the course of multiple sessions with a program tailored to meet your specific goals.  Your hypnotherapist will facilitate by guiding you into the state of hypnosis, and then give you the space to make the changes you want to make. Your inner mind is the place that regulates all your unconscious mind and body processes. It is amazing how quickly and easily we are able to see change in our lives when we address issues at their root- from the inside out.  Even issues that a person may have held since childhood, such as chronic insomnia, anxiety, or fears and phobias, can be addressed quickly and gently when working with your inner mind. Hypnotherapy is gentle, relaxing, and enjoyable.
